YHNB Creators is a fully digital product. There is nothing to ship. The moment your payment is verified, your account is activated and the complete system — missions, hooks, playbooks, AI prompts, free resources and the Creators+ tools — becomes available to you.

Because access and content can be viewed, downloaded and used immediately after purchase, the value of the product is delivered in full at that moment.

For this reason, purchases are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once access has been provided. We ask you to read the product pages, the feature list and the FAQ before purchasing, so your expectations match what is actually included.

If your payment succeeded but your access did not activate, or you are facing a genuine technical problem, please contact support. Our first priority is always to fix your access quickly — usually within the same day.

Genuine duplicate payments, double charges or amounts debited without access being activated are reviewed individually and resolved in good faith. Share your payment reference or transaction ID when you contact support so we can verify it quickly.

Change of mind after access, not using the product, or the absence of a specific result (income, followers or brand deals) are not grounds for a refund. YHNB Creators provides education, frameworks and tools — outcomes depend on your own implementation.
